Orders and Verification

• Purchase Process: Customers can place orders via the website form or by direct contact.
• VIN Verification: Due to the specific nature of off-road accessories (e.g., Canopy campers, side steps), we reserve the right to request the vehicle's VIN number to confirm part compatibility.
• Lead Time: The standard preparation time for CNC and anodized products is 15 business days, unless the product description states otherwise.

Payments and Delivery

We accept payments via traditional bank transfer and integrated electronic payment systems.

• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated individually due to the dimensions of the products (e.g., truck bed canopies).
• Transit Time: For sea and land shipments of oversized products, transport time may be approximately 40 days.

Complaints and Returns

According to the law, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, excluding personalized products and those made to special order according to the customer's specifications.

• Professional Installation Required: Most of our accessories (difficulty level 4/5) require professional installation. Complaints resulting from incorrect installation will not be accepted.

All JUSN DESIGN product designs, photos, and website content are protected by copyright. Copying CNC-machined structural elements without the administrator's consent is prohibited.
